Dr Siri Paiboun

In newly-socialist Laos, Dr Siri Paiboun, an unwilling 72-year-old national coroner, navigates his underfunded and quirky workplace with a sense of humor. The series follows Siri as he investigates mysterious deaths, often uncovering government secrets and facing supernatural elements, while balancing the demands of the Communist party with the will of the dead.
