The dark planet

The Cobellans had conquered Earth by killing almost everyone. The few survivors, weaponless, grief stricken and disorganized, were no match for the invaders. A few straggling bands of guerrilla fighters were allowed to survive only because the Cobellans wanted them to, for propaganda purposes. Yet in the midst of the desolation, one man saw a way out. It would take a gigantic bluff, murder, treachery and betrayal. If he won, Earth would be free. If he lost... all of Earth would die with him.
