On a concert tour in the United States, Irish singer Fionna Kenmare finds herself stalked by an unknown enemy that has followed her across the ocean, and only two unusual government agents—Liz Mayfield, special agent for the British Government Office of Occult & Paranormal Sightings Investigation, and FBI agent Beauray "Boo-Boo" Boudreau—can save her from invisible attackers.
