Starfishers

This series follows the "Starfishers," independent harvesters of a precious substance produced by cosmic creatures, who operate at the dangerous edge of the galaxy. The books explore conflicts between these harvesters, the Confederation, and the Sangaree, as well as the mysteries of a deadly automated fortress at the galaxy's edge.
