Shadowspawn

This series follows Adrian Breze, a wealthy and reclusive descendant of the ancient Homo Nocturnis, who rebels against his own kind to protect humanity. The books are connected by Adrian's ongoing struggle against the Council of Shadows, an ancient race of shapeshifters seeking to rule the world, and his internal battle with his own Shadowspawn nature.
