Galen Yeager

On the ocean planet Cousteau, humans and dolphins, both genetically altered to live in the sea, face environmental conflict. A human investigator and his cyborg partner are sent to resolve the dispute, while a separate story follows a cyborg named Sam who confronts an evil duplicate of himself.
