Werewolf

A dual-natured species designation for individuals bound to an involuntary cycle of transformation into a predatory animal form, where the boundary between person and beast is porous, conditional, and governed by external triggers such as the lunar cycle.

The terror of one's own body turning against you. The loss of control over primal urges, and the fear of what you might do when the beast takes over.
