Space Fantasy

A subgenre that uses the visual and structural vocabulary of space-faring science fiction—starships, alien planets, and galactic empires—while operating strictly on the internal logic of myth, magic, and epic fantasy.

The thrill of mythic battles fought across star systems, where ancient prophecies guide heroes wielding laser swords against cosmic evils. It's the feeling of epic quests on alien worlds, powered by mystical energies and the clash of absolute light and darkness.
