Body Horror Victim

A traumatic physical state and irreversible biological condition where a character's anatomy undergoes non-consensual, terrifying disintegration or somatic mutation, completely shattering their bodily autonomy and selfhood.

The visceral revulsion and existential dread of one's own flesh betraying them. It's the chilling realization of a loss of control over one's physical form, a descent into a grotesque and alien state that is both horrifying and deeply unsettling.
